On Wednesday, October 26, the Ottawa International Writers’ Festival closes its season with Poetry Cabaret featuring a strong Mansfield presence in the form of Stephen Brockwell and Stuart Ross. The evening will also feature readings by Gregory Scofield and Sandra Ridley. It will be the first major public reading of Stephen Brockwell’s All Of Us Reticent, Here, Together, which has just been released. Mansfield writer and editor Stuart Ross will be reading from his latest book from Wolsak and Wynn, A Sparrow Came Down Resplendent. This is an especially nice pairing of writers as Stuart edited All Of Us Reticent, Here, Together under his A Stuart Ross Book imprint. If you are in Ottawa on Wednesday, you can find them at Christ Church Cathedral • 414 Sparks Street. The event begins at 8:30 pm.
